Vim MacPorts overlay

Some time ago I submitted a ticket at the MacPorts bug tracker to update Vim. Unfortunately it seems to take some time to get it commited into the mainline tree so I've set up a github repository which contains some updates to the popular text editor. As of time of writing vim has been updated to 7.4.389 from 7.4.258. There is also support to build vim with python 3.4.
